Guest Membership Details
Enjoy a 3 day/2 night Luxury Mountain Vacation in Breckenridge! Broker meeting required.
- Winter Season (mid-November-March)
- Grand Timber Lodge one-bedroom residence
- Summer Season (June-September)
- Grand Timber Lodge two-bedroom residence or Grand Lodge on Peak 7 one-bedroom residence
- Spring/Fall (April-May & October-mid November)
- Grand Colorado on Peak 8 one-bedroom residence or Grand Lodge on Peak 7 two-bedroom residence
*Christmas and New Year’s weeks 51/52 and upgrade options are available at an additional cost.

- Includes a week-long stay at one of Interval International’s many affiliated resorts.
- Use your membership to access many of Interval International’s additional travel perks owners enjoy.
Additional Perks
- 25% off lodging rentals at any of our BGV properties for up to 15 months from the time of Guest Ownership purchase.
- One Day Use pass to access the amenities at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
- An amazing BGV branded gift.
- Utilize your Guest Ownership payment as a credit towards a discounted full ownership purchase.
- At the time of your Broker Meeting, you can apply the amount paid for your Guest Ownership.
- Guest Owners receive either the list pricing offered at the original Broker Meeting or current special owner pricing, whichever is better (based on inventory currently available).
- Full Ownership purchases at the follow up Broker Meeting will include Club Estate Benefits at no additional cost.
- Interval International Membership will be extended with a deeded full ownership purchase.
